You know those people who put ketchup on House of Pleasures (House of Tolerance)everything? Well, even they might have some trouble with this one.

Apparently, Heinz Canada includes a recipe for something called "Great Canadian Ketchup Cake" on the backs of its ketchup bottles. As if this weren't gross enough, real human and Redditor Gregory Nuttle saw this recipe — which also calls for cream cheese and peanut butter, BTW — and decided to make it.

The final result? A cake that definitely looks like it has ketchup in it.

Turns out, the ketchup cake has been a thing for a while. It even has a select group of devoted fans — including Nuttle's dog.

Mmmm.

And Nuttle's friends didn't think it was half-bad either. Neither did Nuttle, who agreed to take a bite of his creation only after his friends declared it "moist" and "a perfectly acceptable cake." (We don't blame him. Pouring ketchup into a cake batter changes you.)

After posting videos and photos of the cake on YouTube and Reddit, Nuttle received a few requests from fellow Reno residents who wanted a slice. He even brought the last of it to a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert he'd planned on attending, just in case.

Wanna try? Bake it for yourself, if you dare. Or just make some red velvet cake. Please.
